 Coaching

Coaching is a professional process aimed at helping individuals achieve their goals, develop their skills, and discover their hidden potential. The coach plays the role of a motivator and guide, asking deep questions that help the client think more broadly, make conscious decisions, and create positive change in their personal or professional life.

Coaching sessions are usually a series of regular meetings between the coach and the client, during which they discuss challenges, set goals, and explore solutions. The session does not rely on giving direct advice, but rather on active listening and asking powerful questions that stimulate self-awareness and personal growth.

Coaching is not psychotherapy or consulting; instead, it focuses on the present and the future, and on how to move from the current situation to the desired one.
