Development of a procedural manual includes an authority matrix for all university procedures.

Developing processes and procedures at the university to implement institutional excellence standards and concepts based on the results of their performance evaluations.

Disseminating a culture of institutional excellence by improving procedures and processes across various entities and holding relevant forums.

Providing support for the university's participation in local and international awards related to institutional excellence.

7

Providing the necessary support to the General Administration of Human Resources to prepare and update job descriptions.
