About the Unit
The Investment and
Partnerships Unit at Princess Noura bint Abdul Rahman University provides
professional development services for investment in human resources through
training programs that are subject to the highest standards of quality and
excellence, in accordance with rapid changes locally and internationally. Our
programs are delivered through distinguished global/ local partnerships and specialized
academic trainers.
Tasks
The Deanship of Development and Quality provides consulting and development services in addition to training, as follows:
Preparing an organizational development study for entities that wish to prepare the organizational structure, job description, and competencies required for each unit or department.
The Deanship provides training needs study services to entities that wish to determine their training needs.
The Deanship provides services to measure the impact of training on trainees in their workplace and the extent of achieving a return on investment in human resources.
The deanship provides the places that beneficiaries need either at PNU or outside the university, including hotels and private halls inside or outside Riyadh city.
The entity can choose the time and date according to what suits its employees.
The entity can suggest the programs it needs or request the presentation of proposed programs after determining the target group and the required training needs, and accordingly, an appropriate training plan is designed according to the trainees' levels and responsibilities.
The Deanship provides consulting services in development, training and quality, which are studied and prepared by specialized and distinguished members at the university.
