The Deanship of Student Affairs provides guides, services, and information to support bachelor's students throughout their academic journey and familiarize them with their rights, responsibilities, and available services.

  • Postgraduate Student Guides & Services

The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies provides the official guides, procedures, and forms governing the academic journey of postgraduate students at the University and serves as the official reference for students enrolled in the College's postgraduate programs.




​​​About Academic Guidance

Each student in the college is assigned to an academic advisor from the program teaching staff  that start with her from first semester at the college until graduation.


Services
Dropping or adding courses within the early registration process for each semester.
Solving academic issues by students' advisors.
Withdrawal from an academic year if the student has an excuse.
Drop a course within the period determined by the academic calendar. Students cannot drop more than two courses in a semester and no more than five through her studying years.​

The Student Council serves as an effective communication channel between the College students and its administration, providing a platform to represent students' views and suggestions and contribute to initiatives that support both students and the College.

 

Council Composition

The Student Council consists of:

  • Chair: Dean of the College
  • Director of Student Services
  • Vice Dean for Academic Affairs
  • Student representatives from each academic department, nominated by their respective Department Councils

 

Council Responsibilities

  1. Communicate students' suggestions and feedback to the Dean of the College
  2. Represent College students in relevant meetings and events
  3. Contribute to providing academic support to students and enriching the student experience
  4. Contribute to the development of academic programs and curricula in alignment with labor market requirements
  5. Submit proposals that contribute to shaping the future development of the College
