Over the past weeks, the Internal Communication Department, under the General Administration of Human Resources, organized the fourth "Bridge of Communication" meeting with male and female administrative staff. The event commenced on Tuesday, 17 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446 AH, and concludes on Tuesday, 2 Jumada Al-Thani 1446 AH. It was held in the college auditorium and remotely with other departments and deanships, attended by the Head of Internal Communication, Ms. Munira Al-Ajmi. The meeting gathered 693 administrative staff members. Ms. Al-Ajmi emphasized that this open forum aimed to find practical solutions to the members' needs, listen to their challenges, and collect their suggestions regarding HR systems or other university-wide administrative systems. She assured that all feedback would be directly conveyed to the relevant departments for discussion and to implement feasible solutions in compliance with regulations and executive bylaws. It is worth noting that this meeting is held annually to meet employee expectations. The outcomes and approved recommendations are subsequently raised for implementation, ensuring they serve the staff's interests without violating systems and regulations.
