The General Directorate of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University launched the first phase of the performance cycle (the phase of preparing the job performance charter 1446 AH), which is considered the first phase of the performance cycle where the job performance charter is prepared for the university's faculty members and administrative staff. It is worth mentioning that the manager of the Job Performance Unit held two workshops for (educational-administrative members) to explain and clarify all the steps in the phases of job performance whether for managers or employees, starting from preparing the performance charter until it is electronically approved by the Job Performance Unit in the General Directorate of Human Resources. Also, several announcements were published for all university members, including the most significant instructions for each phase of the performance.
