Starting The Second Phase Of The Job Performance Cycle For The Year 1445 AH

The General Administration of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University recently issued a circular to all deanships, colleges, departments and institutes at the university, which includes the start of the second phase of the performance cycle (the semi-annual review phase) in the period from 6/15/1445 AH to 7/15/1445 AH, as it is considered one of the most important phases of the performance cycle in which the employee’s performance is monitored and the percentage of progress achieved in the tasks assigned to him is measured, as the employee learns through it about the strengths and aspects that need development in his performance.
It is worth noting that the Director of Human Resources Development held several courses and workshops for members to explain and clarify all the steps in the stages of job performance, whether for the president or the employee, starting from preparing the performance charter until its electronic approval by the Job Performance Unit in the General Administration of Human Resources. Several announcements were also published for all university employees, including the most important instructions for each stage of performance.
