Key Responsibilities

Determining the Needs:

  • Measuring the actual needs for the skills that university employees need from faculty members.​

Planning:

  • ​Implementing annual training plan at the university and following up on its implementation after its approval.​
  • Implementing internal training according to the quality standards approved by the university.​

Improving:

  • ​​Working to implement approved training quality standards, analyze the results and implement them to develop the training process and come up with recommendations to develop the training.​  
  • Prepare the necessary suggestions to develop the training, administrative and organizational process at the vice deanship of Development and follow up on their implementation after their approval by the Deanship Council.​
  • Reviewing the training courses to meet the needs.
  • Working to get international accreditations for training.​

Preparing Reports:

  • Submitting continuous evaluation reports for the training programs offered by the deanship after their approval by the Deputy for Development to the Data Management and Performance Measurement Unit to present them to the Council.​
