The unit is responsible for implementing and monitoring important aspects of employee mobility, including transfers, secondments, and loans, which fall within the rights and duties of employees. It organizes the conditions for granting or benefiting from these arrangements in accordance with the public interest, the university's interests, and the relevant administrative unit's needs for transfers between different departments and units. This also includes movements from these units to outside the university when a vacancy exists in the receiving entity.​​
