It is concerned with communicating with the beneficiaries and opening electronic communication channels for easier access and faster achievement. It is concerned with receiving new faculty members, receiving the new employee and introducing him to the tasks, systems and procedures of work, preparing induction programs for all faculty members at the beginning of the academic year, answering employee inquiries and transferring them to the relevant authorities, in addition to following up on the inquiries transferred for completion. As soon as possible, it is a unit of the Department of Internal Communication.​
