Affiliated with the Internal Communication Department, this unit aims to foster a spirit of friendship and cooperation among the university staff. It offers gifts, discounts, and various rewards. Additionally, it organizes activities and events to strengthen employees' connection with the university, enhance job satisfaction, and promote values of belonging and loyalty.
University-wide Outstanding Employee Award:
The University-wide Outstanding Employee Award aligns with the 6th objective of the PNU 2025 Strategic Plan: (Institutional Enablers Supporting Excellence, Sustainability, and Financial Stability), which includes the initiative of “Human Capital Efficiency" with criteria and categories designed to adapt to evolving management practices and meet the conditions and requirements of the government sector in the Kingdom.

This initiative, adopted by the Ministry of Civil Service, aims to monitor the work environment of employees according to established standards that should be met. Affiliated with the Internal Communication Department, the Office Environment Improvement Unit aims to ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant work environment for employees. It plays a crucial role in organizing and managing office work to positively impact employee performance. Moreover, the unit emphasizes the close relationship between employees and their work environment. Therefore, its key function is to enhance work quality and employee satisfaction through effective supervision of the office environment.
