Conditions for applying for the award:

The applicant for this award must observe the following conditions:

● She must have an excellent grade for the annual report for the academic year that precedes the year she applies for candidacy.

● The candidate must have completed at least one academic year of teaching at the university.

● That a faculty member be on the job, and not be on exceptional leave, or a scientific sabbatical during the candidacy period.

●The nominated faculty member should not have any violations or disciplinary councils, or have been subjected to discipline and punishment in the past two years.

● The prize winner is not entitled to run again; only after three years.

● A faculty member applies for the award by filling out the form on the college website and attaching the relevant documents. With following the instructions attached in the application, and submitting them to the award committee according to the times specified for nomination.

  • Encouraging positive competition among female employees in the college for creativity in administrative work.
  • Developing an entrepreneurial spirit that contributes to the development and development of administrative processes in the college.

  • The employee's period of work in the administrative unit above which is advanced should not be less than one year of work.

  • That the student has not failed or been deprived in any of the curricula of the study plan during the study period.
