Professional development is a phased and ongoing process that is also linked to changes, needs, and crises. It helps in improving and developing the professional knowledge and skills of the administrative staff. Based on this, initiatives and programs for professional development have been proposed and launched for the female staff of the College of Education and Human Development. One of these programs, the "Digital Hour - Phase Two," has been launched as a continuation of the first phase, which took place in the second semester of last year (1445 AH).
The program focuses on training the administrative staff on some of the most important basic electronic skills required for regular use in the workplace. An hour is allocated each week to explain these skills, ensuring that employees can understand and practically apply them.
