The Training and Development Unit at the General Directorate of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized a training course titled “Strategies for Enhancing Employee Engagement” on Sunday and Monday, 28–29 December 2025, as part of the leadership skills development plan. The course was held at the University’s Central Library. The course was attended by (40) female administrative staff members and was delivered by Dr. Amal Al-Furaikh. It addressed several key themes aimed at strengthening concepts of employee engagement, increasing levels of motivation and organizational belonging, and developing leadership practices that support a positive and motivating work environment. This course comes as part of the ongoing efforts of the Training and Development Unit at the General Directorate of Human Resources to enhance leadership competencies, support professional development, and contribute to achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, through preparing competitive human capital, achieving institutional goals, and improving overall performance efficiency.
