Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University embraces the Freedom of Information Policy as a strategic catalyst for institutional transparency, public accountability, and good governance. This policy guarantees the statutory right of individuals to access public, unrestricted records held by the University in accordance with approved national regulations, serving the public interest and advancing the national knowledge economy.

Enabling individuals to access public information in a clear, seamless, and timely manner through accredited channels.

 

2. Necessity & Proportionality

Any limitations or withholding of protected information must be clearly justified, legally grounded, and proportionate.

Every individual has the right to access public records without demonstrating legal capacity or justifying personal interest.

 

4. Universal Equality
