Responsibilities of the Graduate Programs Administration:

Following up on graduate studies affairs and ensuring compliance with all requirements, procedures, and regulations stipulated in the Unified Regulations on Graduate Studies and their executive regulations at the university.
Monitoring student cases and ensuring the implementation of academic procedures within the specified timeframes in accordance with the bylaws and the annually announced university academic calendar.
Following up on the work of graduate studies committees within the college.
Implementing and monitoring the university's and the college's policies related to graduate studies.
Coordinating with academic departments on all matters related to graduate studies.
