​​Responsibilities of the Graduate Programs Administration:

  • Following up on graduate studies affairs and ensuring compliance with all requirements, procedures, and regulations stipulated in the Unified Regulations on Graduate Studies and their executive regulations at the university.
  • Monitoring student cases and ensuring the implementation of academic procedures within the specified timeframes in accordance with the bylaws and the annually announced university academic calendar.
  • Following up on the work of graduate studies committees within the college.
  • Implementing and monitoring the university's and the college's policies related to graduate studies.
  • Coordinating with academic departments on all matters related to graduate studies​.​
