The College of Computer and Information Sciences Organizes the Graduation Project Ceremony for Bachelor's Students

The College of Computer and Information Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University organized the graduation project competition for bachelor’s students for the academic year 1446 AH, along with the accompanying Career Forum. The event took place in the college auditorium, showcasing more than 90 projects. The competition aimed to highlight the ideas of the college’s graduates in various specializations, including Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence Sciences. The event aimed to showcase projects and innovations that enhance the competitiveness of graduates in computing disciplines and support the culture of scientific research and innovation in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The ceremony included the announcement of the top project awards. The first place was awarded to the project titled: "AI-Powered Gamified Rehabilitation System for Pediatric Traumatic Hand Injuries Using Computer Vision." The second place went to the project: "Drone Detection in Dual Vision Modalities Using YOLO Models and SAHI Framework." The third place was "SANAD: Proactive Defense for Individuals with Bipolar Disorder Through a Personalized Cyber Protection." The fourth place went to the project: "Wadaq - AI-Driven Serious Game for ADHD Treatment." The fifth place was awarded to the project: "AutoReview- An Automated System for Drug Approvals Comparison and Regulatory Compliance at SFDA." Dr. Manal bint Abdullah Al-Ohali, Dean of the College of Computer and Information Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, stated that "the college is keen on organizing such events to foster innovation and creativity in the digital domain, enhance students' skills in line with labor market demands, and equip national graduates with competitive capabilities that support community development." The event also included an accompanying Career Forum exhibition to connect students with the job market, employers, and business incubators, while showcasing innovative technological solutions that contribute to community service. Additionally, the ceremony honored the sponsoring company, Boeing, and other companies participating in the Career Forum. This initiative aligns with the College of Computer and Information Sciences' contribution to achieving the strategic plan of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University for 2025, aiming to provide a university environment that enhances students' skills in innovation, prepares competitive graduates, and contributes to building the community of the future.
