College of Computer and Information Sciences Celebrates Graduation of 18th Cohort of Female Students

On Thursday, May 1, 2025, the College of Computer and Information Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University celebrated the graduation of its 18th cohort of female students. A total of 631 students received their bachelor's degrees for the academic year 1446 AH, in a ceremony held at the university's Conference and Seminar Center. This year’s graduates included 171 from the Computer Science program, 122 from the Information Systems program, 164 from the Information Technology program, 54 from the Data Science and Analytics program, 56 from the Artificial Intelligence program, and 64 from the Cybersecurity program. In her address at the graduation ceremony, the Dean of the College, Dr. Manal Al-Ohali, expressed her deep pride in the graduates. She extended her congratulations to the students and their families, emphasizing that this event marked the culmination of their hard work, dedication to knowledge, and commitment to serving and building the nation. Dr. Al-Ohali further affirmed that “Princess Nourah University places great emphasis on and support for the technology sector, achieving advanced rankings among universities in line with Saudi Vision 2030, through an educational system dedicated to quality education.” The graduation program included speeches by the graduates and an inspiring keynote address delivered by Dr. Najwa Al-Ghamdi, General Manager of the AI and Analytics Center at STC. The ceremony also featured the honoring of the Ideal Student and concluded with the graduation march of the bachelor’s degree recipients.
