In collaboration with Tuwaiq Academy, the College of Computer and Information Sciences launches “Tuwaiq Club”
The College of Computer and Information Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, in collaboration with Tuwaiq Academy, has launched the “Tuwaiq Club,” with the aim of developing female students’ technical skills, enhancing the integration between academic and practical aspects, and aligning educational outcomes with the requirements of the modern technology labor market.
The club provides an interactive environment that enables students to benefit from training programs, workshops, and specialized technical competitions, thereby contributing to the development of their technical and practical skills across a range of emerging fields.
It also offers students the opportunity to participate in professional bootcamps and programs delivered by the academy in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, and data analytics. In addition, it strengthens communication with industry specialists and experts through professional meetings and advisory sessions, supporting students’ readiness for the labor market.

Dr. Manal Al-ohali stated that the launch of the Tuwaiq Club comes as part of the College’s vision to enhance and develop the learning environment. She noted that, through this collaboration with Tuwaiq Academy, the College aims to equip students with the skills that strengthen their technical competencies and to bridge academic education with the skills required by the technology job market.
This initiative aligns with the College of Computer and Information Sciences’ commitment to contributing to the objectives of the strategic plan of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, by supporting qualitative initiatives and expanding strategic partnerships with specialized entities in technology and innovation, thereby enhancing the educational environment and improving students’ competencies.
