Receiving the list of new students and distribute them to faculty members in the programs.
Contacting the academic advisors when distributing the advising lists to them to organize their work in advising.
Providing guidance to the academic advisors in the programs to hold periodic meetings for the students they advise, in order to learn through the meetings about the progress of the students and try to help solve problems and identify cases that need assistance.
Providing guidance to the academic advisors in the program to identify outstanding students and encourage and motivate them, and inform them of the benefits they will receive according to the prepared mechanism.
Providing guidance to the academic advisors to identify academically struggling students and those suffering from social, health, or psychological problems, so that they can provide care and assistance in solving their problems and refer those who need a specialist to the college counselor.
Providing guidance to the academic advisors to allocate individual meetings to advise struggling students.

Graduates of the Master of Science in Clinical Psychology Program

This first enrolled batch of 2020-2021 completed their academic year and entered an internship. During 2021-2022, the first batch completed their internship, as MCPY's full duration of graduation is two years. All have employment in various sectors.
During the 2021–2022 academic year, no new students were admitted to the program; consequently, there were no graduates in the 2022–2023 academic year.
The second cohort of 12 students joined the program during 2022-2023. There are 8 students out of 12 students who completed an internship and graduated in 2023-2024. Six students are employed in the public and private sectors. The remaining 4 students are completing their internship year.
The third cohort of 8 students joined the program during the 2023- 2024 year. All of the students completed their internship year in 2024-2025.
The fourth cohort of 6 students joined the program during 2024-2025. All of the students completed their internship year in 2025-2026.
During the 2025–2026 academic year, no new students were admitted to the program. Consequently, there were no graduates in the 2026–2027 academic year.
The fifth cohort of 10 students joined the program in the recent academic semester 2026-2027.
