The department aims to prepare competent cadres, qualified on the levels of knowledge, profession and research of diagnostic and therapeutic radiology in accordance with the latest standards for the development of health care and community service.The department also seeks to provide continuous learning and innovation services using modern technological means in the fields of diagnostic and therapeutic radiology, in addition to producing research in various fields of radiology that contribute to the application of evidence-based professional practice, and spreading community awareness related to the fields of diagnostic and therapeutic radiology to improve health and quality of life for the community in cooperation with the relevant sectors.
