Participation in preparing the annual budget project for the university regarding its human resources in their different categories and types, in coordination with the relevant academic and administrative units.

Monitoring the operations and activities related to the training process at the university, and ensuring the fulfillment of training and development needs necessary for the growth and development of the university's administrative staff members.

Supervising the implementation of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and monitoring the update of information, as well as working on its development in coordination with various departments.

Supervising the management of recruitment and talent acquisition processes at the university.

Developing necessary programs to integrate employees into the university's interests, current and future projects, and fostering their connection and commitment. Translating the university's work values into positive behaviors that support the university'

Coordinating with government entities and agencies regarding the human resources conditions at the university, as well as securing funding for the development and updating of HR programs.

Supervising internal communication processes at the university.
