Ensuring suitable training positions for internship and training students with hospitals, companies, pharmacies, and other training providers (and coordinate with the university's clinical training unit

Carrying out the administrative arrangements related to the training courses, including training schedules, follow-up, and collecting grades from the course supervisors.
Supervising the evaluation of the students and record the grades.
Determining unified evaluation criteria, models, and tools.
Following up and resolve any problems faced by the internship students during the training period.
Preparing the internship student's certificate for registration in the medical specialties examination after fulfilling the requirements.
Sending and following up on financial claims to external parties.
Registering the students in cooperative training outside the curriculum.
Preparing an educational program for fifth-year students to get ready for the internship year.​
