• Carrying out the administrative arrangements related to the training courses, including training schedules, follow-up, and collecting grades from the course supervisors.

• Supervising the evaluation of the students and record the grades.

• Determining unified evaluation criteria, models, and tools.

• Following up and resolve any problems faced by the internship students during the training period.

• Preparing the internship student's certificate for registration in the medical specialties examination after fulfilling the requirements.

• Sending and following up on financial claims to external parties.

• Registering the students in cooperative training outside the curriculum.
