The College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Princess Nourah University, in cooperation with the Heritage Commission, launched the “Archaeological Survey and Excavation Project” with the participation of eighth-level students from the Department of Archaeology and Museums, at the al-Hani site in Riyadh. Running until the end of November 2025, the project aims to: Develop students’ field skills in archaeological excavation, enhance practical experience in studying heritage sites, and empower students to contribute to preserving and highlighting national cultural heritage. The project supports the university’s Strategic Plan 2025 by promoting scientific research, practical training, and the preservation of national heritage in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
