Practical training in the college of Medicine at the University of Princess Nourah bent Abdulrahman is one of the advantages of studying at the college where it aims to prepare students to work efficiently in the field of medicine. Accordingly, the training unit seeks to improve the level of students' training to gain practical experience in the best hospitals and medical centers on the verge of graduation from college and during internship year. ​

The unit is divided into two branches:

1. clinical training​ during undergraduate years

2. Internship training
