Library of the Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Arabic Speakers:

The Library of the Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Arabic Speakers plays a vital role in supporting the academic and research activities of both students and faculty members. It provides access to a diverse collection of books, references, and digital resources, thereby contributing to an enriched learning environment and fostering academic excellence within the Institute.

Library Services:

1.Online Catalog Service:

This service enables users to locate information resources efficiently by displaying materials according to the subject of interest and their location within the library.

2.Digital Library and Databases Service:

In line with the University's commitment to providing access to updated and comprehensive information sources, the Institute offers access to the Saudi Digital Library, affiliated with the Ministry of Education. This service complements the printed resources available in the University's libraries.

3.Computer and Internet Service:

The library is equipped with computers connected to the internet to facilitate research and enhance access to electronic information resources.

4.Circulation Service:

This service allows users to borrow library materials for use outside the library in accordance with established borrowing policies and regulations.

 •  Location and Working Hours: The library is located on the Ground Floor (Room 0.401).

• Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Computer Lab :

The Institute includes a Computer Lab equipped with approximately 20 desktop computers, providing a supportive learning environment that facilitates the integration of technology into Arabic language learning. The lab enables learners to carry out academic tasks and learning activities using computers, and to access reliable digital resources that enhance language learning, research skills, and self-directed learning.

 The lab contributes to enabling learners of Arabic to:

• Develop Arabic typing and writing skills using computers.
  
• Prepare research assignments, presentations, and academic projects using available digital tools.
• Strengthen online research skills and access knowledge from diverse digital sources.
• Foster self-directed learning and the effective use of technology to support Arabic language acquisition.
• Acquire essential digital skills that enhance their efficiency in modern educational environments.

The Computer Lab supports the learning process by providing a practical environment that empowers learners to make effective use of technology in learning Arabic and developing digital skills that contribute to their academic success.

Learning Resources Hall:

The Institute features a Learning Resources Hall that offers a dedicated academic environment designed to support contemporary teaching and learning practices. It is equipped with advanced educational tools and technologies that enable learners to access information from diverse sources—print, digital, audio, and visual—through modern and interactive methods. The hall aims to enhance learners' skills in research, inquiry, and self-directed learning, thereby enriching their overall learning experience in the field of Arabic language learning.
