About the Vice Deanship:
The Vice Deanship of Academic Affairs seeks to create an ambitious educational environment that contributes to advancing development and development, and supervises educational affairs, laboratories, learning resources, e-learning unit, and the quality of teaching and learning at the Institute.
Tasks of the Vice-Deanship:
Supervise the preparation of the annual plan of the Vice Deanship of Academic Affairs at the Institute and follow up its implementation after its approval.
- Supervising the implementation of the regulations and rules governing the study and examination regulations for the undergraduate stage and ensuring their application by its affiliated units.
- Supervising the academic programs at the Institute.
- Supervising the academic process at the Institute and creating an enabling educational environment for distinguished education.
- Proposing new interdisciplinary programs at the Institute, developing existing programs in coordination with academic departments and following up on their implementation after their approval.
- Supervising the work of quality assurance committees (program, tests, evaluation and quality assurance, plans and curricula).
- Supervising the Department of Educational Affairs and following up on registration and study schedules.
- Continuous evaluation of curricula and the use of the opinions of arbitrators.
- Supervising the appointment of faculty members at the Institute.
- Supervising laboratories and educational resources.
- Supervising the Educational Courses Unit.
- Supervising the Institute's educational projects.
