About the Unit

​The Unit is responsible for following up on all procedures related to the completion of scientific events, preparing reports and statistics on events held at the university, and monitoring faculty members' attendance and participation in internal and external conferences, seminars, and forums.

Key Responsibilities

1. Following up on procedures related to scientific events
2. Receiving and reviewing reports on organized scientific events.
3. Receiving scientific mission completion reports for faculty members' attendance or participation in conferences, seminars, or forums, following their review by the relevant councils.
4. Preparing performance indicator reports for the Conferences and Seminars Department.
5. Preparing the annual performance report for all units within the Department.
6. Following up on the publication of scientific events in coordination with the relevant university entities​
