Developing:

Organizing the mechanism of the attendance and participation of faculty members for scientific events.

Preparing:

  • Creating a database for the attendance and participation of faculty members for scientific events.​​
  • Conducting periodic tables and statistics for the events carried out at the university.​
  • Writing periodic reports on the events held at the university and the activities and achievements of the administration.​

Coordinating:

  • Circulating the invitations university members receive, and attending and participating in scientific events within the Kingdom.​
  • Holding of scientific events received from all sectors of the university.

Managing:

  • Verifying the application of controls and standards and supervising their implementation.​
  • Following-up the publication and documentation of scientific events by communicating with the relevant authorities at the university.​
  • Monitoring the department's statistics.​
