Preparing periodic tables and statistics on events organized by the university.
Preparing periodic reports on events held at the university, as well as the department's activities and achievements.
Developing a database of faculty and staff attendance and participation in scientific events

Coordination and Organization:

Publishing invitations for university faculty and staff to participate in local and international scientific events on the university's website.
Receiving and coordinating requests to organize scientific events submitted by various entities across the university

Management:

Ensuring compliance with established policies and standards and overseeing their effective implementation.
Coordinating the publication and documentation of scientific events with the relevant University entities.
Compiling and monitoring the department's statistics.
