About the Unit
The Unit is concerned with monitoring all procedures related to scientific events accomplishments, preparing reports and statistics of university events, and following up on faculty participation in conferences, seminars, and meetings.
Tasks
Monitoring the accomplishment of scientific events.
Receiving and reviewing accomplishment reports on the scientific events carried out.
Receiving reports on scientific mission accomplishments by faculty members upon the relevant councils' review.
Preparing performance indicators reports of the Conferences and Seminars Department.
Preparing the annual report on the performance of all units within the Department.
Monitoring the promotion of scientific events in coordination with the competent authority at the university.
