Key Responsibilities

Planning:

  • ​Preparing five-year and annual plans of the vice-rectorate and following up on their implementation after their approval.​​
  • Preparing plans and programs for the administrative units related to the vice-rectorate and following up on their implementation after their approval.​​

Supervision:

  • Supervising the application of the rules and regulations in the field of administrative and financial affairs at the university.​
  • Supervising the administrative units related to the vice-rectorate.​​

Coordination:

  •  Coordinating between the administrative units to achieve integration and to make the maximum use of the possibilities available.​
  •  Coordinating with the university vice-rectorates in all issues related to administrative and financial services.​​

Determining the Needs:

  • Identifying the needs in terms of labor force, equipment, and materials as well as following up on their provision.​
  • Identifying​ the training needs of the vice-rectorate staff and coordinating with the Deanship of Improvement and Skills Development for programs nomination that fulfil those needs.

Preparing Reports:

  • Participating in committees related to the vice-rectorate's activities and writing periodic reports on the vice-rectorate's activities, achievements and proposals for development, then, submitting them to the university president.​
