Key Responsibilities

Planning:

  • Develop annual and five-year plans for the communication center's activities and monitor their implementation after approval.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop procedural manuals and systems that regulate administrative communication operations within the University.​

Organization:

  • Receive all transactions and correspondence addressed to the University, complete the registration procedures, and forward them to the relevant departments within the University.
  • Receive and register all outgoing mail and correspondence, and then send or deliver them to the relevant departments.
  • Keep a general file where only one copy of each outgoing letter is stored in sequential order.​

Follow-up:

  • Address all inquiries, questions, and feedback related to incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Respond to inquiries from visitors and guide them regarding incoming and outgoing correspondence, in accordance with the relevant regulations.​

Identifying Requirements:

  • Determine the administrative communication center's needs for personnel, equipment, and materials, and follow up on their provision.
  • Identify the training requirements for the center's employees (male/female) and coordinate with the Deanship of Administrative Development and Skills Improvement to nominate them for relevant programs.​

Report Preparation:

  • Prepare periodic reports on the center's activities, achievement, and development proposals, and submit them to the General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs.​
