Preparing annual and five-year plans for departmental activities and following up on their implementation after approval.
Preparing programs for the administrative units affiliated with the Vice Rectorate and following up on their implementation after approval.

Oversight

Overseeing the implementation of approved laws, regulations, and instructions pertaining to the University's administrative and financial affairs. Overseeing the administrative units affiliated with the Vice Rectorate.

Coordination

Coordinating among the administrative units affiliated with the Vice Rectorate to ensure integration among them and maximize the utilization of their available resources.
Coordinating with the University's vice rectorates on all matters related to administrative and financial services.

Needs Assessment

Identifying the Vice Rectorate's needs for workforce, equipment, and materials, and following up on their provision.
Identifying the training needs of the Vice Rectorate's staff and coordinating with the Deanship of Development and Quality regarding nominations for programs that meet those needs

Reportring

Participating in committees related to the vice-rectorate's activities and writing periodic reports on the vice-rectorate's activities, achievements and proposals for development, then, submitting them to the university president.
