-Supervise the annual plan of scientific research for the college that is approved by the Council of the Deanship of Scientific Research

-Supervise the college's postgraduate programs, exams, and committees.

-Supervise the scientific societies and scientific journals in the college.

-Supervise the partnerships and college relations with external entities.

-Supervise the college's investments and its developmental and specialized works.

-Partnerships with the relevant community and service sectors on the social responsibilities.

-Suggest new postgraduate programs in the college or develop existing programs in coordination with academic departments and follow up on the implementation after approval.

-Support scientific activities in the college, and develop the research capabilities and skills of faculty members

-Supervise and implement scientific meetings, seminars and conferences

​-Organize and provide continuing medical education courses, including accredited hours from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
