The General Administration of Human Resources Approves a Training Program on Data Analysis in Collaboration with the Deanship of Development and Quality

The General Administration of Human Resources at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University announced, on Sunday, November 23, 2025, the approval of a specialized training program titled “Data Analysis Skills Using Power BI”, according to Circular No. (4936). The program comes as part of the University’s efforts to empower its employees with modern digital skills and develop administrative competencies. The program will be delivered by the Deanship of Development and Quality and presented by Dr. Shaima Balout, with the aim of enhancing the capabilities of administrative staff in handling and analyzing data, building reports and dashboards using modern analytical tools, supporting decision-making, and improving the efficiency of administrative procedures. The program covers a number of key topics, including: an introduction to Power BI and its interfaces, connecting and importing data from multiple sources, creating interactive reports, understanding data models, DAX formulas, designing dashboards, improving data visualization, and adding advanced columns. The program will be conducted remotely, from Sunday to Thursday, 7–11 December 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and targets the University’s administrative workforce. It is part of the continuous professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative performance and supporting the University’s digital transformation efforts. The program represents a significant step toward promoting digital literacy, strengthening administrative capabilities in innovative data analysis methods, and supporting the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, by preparing competitive talents, enhancing women’s leadership in national development, and empowering University employees with modern digital skills.
