Program Description:

The program aims to enhance teaching and mentoring skills for healthcare practitioners through a structured educational program. Over six months, participants will apply the educational and training skills gained during the program in both classroom and clinical environments, develop a personal teaching philosophy, and create a comprehensive teaching portfolio. The program includes two lectures per month and various activities supervised by expert faculty members who act as mentors and lecturers. Participants who complete the program will receive a professional certificate in “Education and Learning in Healthcare Program," which will be reflected in the practitioner's system (Mumaris Plus).

Objectives:

1. Understand educational learning theories and identify learning principles.

2. Identify effective teaching techniques that can be applied in both academic and clinical settings.

3. Demonstrate competence in designing and delivering formative and summative assessments to effectively evaluate learner progress.

4. Demonstrate essential teaching and instructional skills.

5. Conduct a critical evaluation of scientific literature and recommend practices based on findings.​
