1- تحديد المفاهيم والأشكال والأنواع الأدبية والثقافية المختلفة، فضلاً عن الاستراتيجيات المتعلقة بالمهارات اللغوية الأساسية.
2- إظهار معرفة شاملة في الدراسات الأدبية والثقافية.
3- التعرف على العلاقة بين الأدب الإنجليزي والدراسات الثقافية.
4- تحليل نقدي للنصوص الأدبية والثقافية.
5- تقييم النصوص الأدبية والثقافية في سياقات مختلفة.
