Tasks of the Standing Committee for Excellence Reward emanating from the Scientific Council:
The committee exercises its tasks in accordance with the powers, decisions and approved executive rules, and in particular:
· Examining and auditing applications by referring to databases and websites of scientific journals.
· Dividing applications into two groups:
A- A group of applications that meet the conditions and are entitled to receive the bonus.
B- A group of applications excluded for violating the controls and conditions mentioned in the executive and procedural rules for disbursing the Excellence Bonus approved at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
· Calculating the percentage and amount of the bonus for each application that met the conditions and met the disbursement controls.
· Proposing procedures regulating the work of the committee and submitting its recommendations to the Scientific Council.
Important documents to review when applying for an Excellence Bonus request:
· Amending the executive rules for the Excellence Bonus Allowance for faculty members.
· Approving the amendment of the rules for the articles of the regulations governing the affairs of university-level employees
Requests for the Excellence Bonus Allowance are received electronically only through the electronic service system for faculty members.
