The Standing Committee for Excellence Award Payments, established under the Scientific Council, carries out its duties in accordance with the approved authorities, decisions, and executive rules. Its responsibilities include:
- Reviewing applications and verifying the submitted information against relevant databases and scientific journal websites.
- Categorizing applications into two groups:
- Applications that meet the requirements and are eligible for the award payment.
- Applications that are excluded for failing to comply with the requirements and conditions set out in the approved executive and procedural rules governing Excellence Award payments at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
- Calculating the award percentage and payment amount for each application that meets the requirements and satisfies the payment criteria.
- Proposing procedures governing the Committee's work and submitting its recommendations to the Scientific Council.
