Human Resources
Planning Unit is concerned with planning and providing human resources with the
qualitative preparation according to the required competency standards as well
as the requirements and duties stated in the job description cards. It is also
concerned with developing the work systems and methods of the university's
units. Additionally, it participates in preparing the university's annual budget
draft with regard to the jobs of all categories and specifies the
administrative jobs that are required to be modified through the budget. This
unit also evaluates the current situation of the university's workforce
including male and female employees required for the administrative units.
