An initiative adopted by the Ministry of Civil Service to monitor the employees' work environment in line with recognized standards, which should be available to the employee. It is a unit affiliated to the Department of Internal Communication and works to ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable work environment for employees, which is positively reflected on their performance. The Office Environment Improvement Unit is one of the most important work requirements. It helps them to do the work.

The importance of (Office Environment Improvement Management) is derived from the close relationship between the employee and his work environment. In order to improve the quality of work and achieve the satisfaction of university employees through control, supervision and follow-up on the office environment surrounding the employee​
