The College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, represented by the Ra’idah Project, one of the strategic plan initiatives within the Department of Islamic Studies, organized on Monday, 10 November 2025, a workshop titled “Key Characteristics of Successful Leadership,” presented by Dr. Fawzia Al-Khalifi and delivered remotely. The workshop aimed to empower students to acquire the attributes of successful leadership by highlighting the core characteristics of an effective leader, enhancing decision-making skills, and developing the ability to exert positive influence in various work environments. The presenter also addressed modern leadership approaches and emphasized the importance of strategic thinking in building successful work teams. The workshop witnessed notable interaction from students, as the content presented contributed to raising awareness of leadership skills and providing participants with practical tools to help them develop their personal and professional performance. This workshop is part of a series of training programs offered by the college to support student empowerment and strengthen their leadership capabilities, in line with achieving the objectives of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University’s Strategic Plan 2025, which aims to prepare competitive competencies and enrich the educational experience.
