The College of Sport Sciences and Physical Activity at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the Saudi Arabian Athletics Federation signed a cooperation agreement on Wednesday, 31 December 2025, at the College headquarters. The agreement aims to activate educational and training programs and enhance sports and research activities in areas of mutual interest between both parties. The areas of cooperation include cooperative training for students, providing scientific consultations, training programs, and workshops in sports sciences, organizing scientific and sports events and conferences, qualifying female sports leaders, supporting community sports and health activities, and collaborating on specialized research in sports sciences, movement, and physical activity. The agreement was signed on behalf of the College by the Dean, Dr. Fatimah Al-Muayyad, and on behalf of the Saudi Arabian Athletics Federation by the Chairman of the Board, Brigadier Ali Al-Shaikhi. This agreement aligns with the shared objectives of both parties in enhancing integration with various sectors to develop students’ skills in sports fields and achieve sports excellence by raising practitioner standards and qualifying female cadres in the sports sector.
