Nature and Goals of the Program

A scientific program taught in English that integrates academic learning with practical application.

1 Equip female students with the necessary scientific and administrative skills to manage sports activities and facilities professionally and efficiently.
1 . Understand core competencies in sports and recreation management, including sports marketing, finance, event management, and facility management.
2 Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to excel in sports management in both public and private sectors.
3 Prepare qualified female professionals for the sports labor market through practical training and collaboration with relevant institutions.
4 Encourage students’ participation in scientific research, innovation, and community service to support the development of the sports industry in the Kingdom.

1 Understand core competencies in sports and recreation management, including sports marketing, finance, event management, and facility management.
2 . Identify internal and external factors affecting the sports sector locally and globally, including laws, regulations, and public policies.
3 . Apply evidence-based knowledge to analyze and address contemporary issues in sports and recreation management, contributing to the advancement of the field.
4 . Manage sports events from planning and marketing to execution and evaluation.
5 .Manage sports facilities, including financial planning, human resources, marketing, and service development.
6 . Utilize emerging sports technologies and digital tools to improve the administrative performance of sports facilities and manage activities effectively in line with modern developments in the sports sector.
7 . Demonstrate leadership and team management skills, communicating effectively with diver.se stakeholders in the sports sector.
