Main Tasks:

  • Following up on user support tickets at the second and third levels in the technical support ticket system.
  • Providing technical assistance to solve problems and difficulties faced by the first-level technical support team on-site.
  • Supporting and maintaining the virtual environment systems in case of any issues.
  • Managing the operation of various laboratory services at the university and providing technical support for them.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance of computers, printers, and communication equipment.
  • Managing, maintaining, and performing all necessary updates for portable technical equipment and devices.
  • Ensuring the implementation of security procedures to protect all devices.
  • Contributing to providing suggestions for work development.
  • Transferring knowledge, providing training, and assisting in preparing a user guide.
  • Inspecting and examining new computer devices received from the procurement department and ensuring they meet the required specifications.
  • Preparing periodic reports to measure and monitor performance.
