-Providing maintenance and technical support for the systems, audio/video servers, and video conferencing devices.
-Monitoring and updating audio/video servers and video conferencing devices in the university buildings.
-Supervising live broadcasting and performance during live presentations, and operating and maintaining television broadcasting systems.
-Maintaining phones and accessories, and managing the university phone directory.
-Providing a system for controlling the transfer and modification of extension numbers, and managing calls.
-Preparing reports on calls, billing, and control of audio quality, and organizing them.
-Studying audio system projects.
-Ensuring the application of global standards and specifications for audio and sound systems.
-Transferring knowledge and training department staff on demand.
-Preparing periodic reports to measure and monitor performance.
