Main Tasks: 

  • Holding workshops with relevant parties to collect, study, and analyze business requirements.
  • Documenting the requirements and building a Business Requirements Document (BRD - User story) to deliver it to the stakeholders.
  • Building the initial concept of the system screens (Wireframes) and sharing them with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with application developers to ensure the correct implementation of the requirements.
  • Preparing and analyzing business requirements for change requests (CR) and following up on their implementation with the relevant parties.
  • Preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with user services to review the system user guides, or modify them if they exist.
  • Preparing the necessary reports periodically, or upon request.
  • Preparing a business case for new project requirements.
  • Raising improvement plans and following up on their implementation.
  • Cooperating and coordinating with relevant parties to provide and evaluate the service in the best possible way.​
