Main Tasks:

  • Developing, improving, and building a unified integration channel (API Gateway) and performing all necessary improvement procedures for it if required.
  • Implementing integration plans between systems according to the methodologies and approaches approved by the university.
  • Performing all necessary testing and ensuring the integrity of the integration between services and applications.
  • Applying all digital service quality standards for the system according to the requirements of the Digital Government Authority and best practices.
  • Cooperating and coordinating with relevant parties to providing the service in the best possible way.
  • Preparing the necessary reports periodically, or upon request.
  • Raising improvement plans and following up on their implementation.
