Student Services Support Unit
Upgrading the level of services provided at colleges to achieve the satisfaction of both students and members of an educational and administrative bodies.

Objectives: 
Supervise public services provided in colleges and ensure its continuous check-ups.
End the problems related to the University's public services through coordination with the official authorities, thus achieving task completion.
Checking with the official authorities that have been reported to conclude the troubles..
Check the availability of services provided within colleges and on campus.
Assess the standard of services through evaluating fulfillment of receivers.
Recognize strengths and weaknesses of the services provided as well as working on its enhancement and improvement.
Present plans and report them to the official authorities.
Obtain complaints and recommendations from colleges and students.
Organize recurrent field visits and write reports on points of strengths and weakness points of the available services.
