The Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the Skills and Training Agency – the General Secretariat of the Sector Skills Councils at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development – signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Monday, January 26, 2026, to enhance cooperation between the two parties, enrich knowledge and skills, qualify female students and graduates of the university, and encourage institutional development initiatives. This took place on the sidelines of the 3rd International Labour Market Conference at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.

The areas of cooperation outlined in the MoU include building a graduate development program, developing a skills framework and professional standards, cooperative training, participation in the “Apprenticeship" program, activities and events, organizing panel discussions, and collaboration in other areas of mutual interest.

The MoU was signed on behalf of the Deanship of Student Affairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University by its Dean, Dr. Donia Al-Farraj, while the Skills and Training Agency at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development was represented by Ms. Iman Al-Yami, Secretary-General of the Sector Skills Councils.

 

The signing of this MoU reflects the shared objectives of both parties, including strengthening strategic partnerships, advancing the labor market, achieving knowledge integration, and training and qualifying female students and graduates, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
