The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Student Programs Department at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University, in collaboration with the Twenty Girls Association, organized the training program titled "The Value-Oriented Diwaniya" as part of the "Tawwer" program. The program aims to empower female students and develop their personal and professional skills.

The program included a series of training workshops for female students, aimed at contributing to the development of life skills, enhancing self-esteem, and promoting positive coping with stress.

The workshops focused on creating a supportive environment that helps develop self-awareness among female students, providing them with practical strategies for managing stress and achieving a balance between academic and personal life. Additionally, the program empowered students with decision-making skills, how to cope with frustration and failure in life, and enhancing mental health.

This training program is an extension of the Deanship of Student Affairs' efforts to contribute to achieving the strategic goals of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University 2025 by providing a university environment that promotes health and well-being, motivating and supporting the development of skills and knowledge among female students, and shaping their personalities in line with the demands of the labor market and contemporary life.
